the best lemon cake ever

You guys know about my affinity for lemon cake so I was very happy to have this recipe featured on A Cup of Jo today – a blog that I absolutely love.

Hi Eleanor,
I’m afraid I’ve never made this cake that way so I don’t have the exact conversions to give you. Many of the cakes on my site do have both U.S. and U.K. measurements. Next time I make it I’ll be sure to make the conversions and update this post accordingly! Thanks for the note.

Ok, thanks anyway. I do have cups but never quite trust them to be as accurate as measuring in grams!
